Domino's Pizza

Well customer service is what won this order. My little one wanted Pizza Hut so we tried them and that was just a huge mess, so the order was canceled. Found this Dominos and figured I give it a try. The gentleman on the phone was great. I explained i just wanted my food left at the door so I didn’t have to mess my dogs when trying to open it. So he had the driver drop at the door and call me to let me know the food was delivered. Everything was correct, warm and good. Got my call and got my food right away. My daughter was happy so pizza night was a success. Thank you guys over there!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Tiffany! She went above and beyond for me recently and I appreciate it so much! Definitely a go to pizza place here in town!

so as a mushroom lover i do as i do, i eat mushrooms, so i ordered an extra mushroom pizza on the app. Fearful I call dominos and explain my situation saying to pls give as many as possible and the guy on the phone was super nice and let them know about it and they delivered 10/10 mushrooms (and it got here fast)

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM Domino's Pizza IN COLUMBIA!!!! IN THE PAST 6 YEARS I HAVE COMPLAINED TWICE, ONCE BECAUSE MY PIZZA WAS NOT COOKED!!!!!!!! AND I ASKED FOR ANOTHER AND THAN TODAY WHEN MY PIZZA WAS DELIVERED CRUSHED!!!!! I ASKED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICLOUS THE WAY IT WAS DELIVERED AND I WAS HUNG UP ON!!!! AND THAN TOLD BECAUSE I COMPLAINED ONCE BEFORE I AM NOT ABLE TO BE GIVEN A REFUND EVEN THOUGH I TIPPED THE DRIVER $5!!!!!!! IN CASH, IT IS TAKING EVERYTHING IN ME NOT TO THROW THIS PIZZA IN THEIR FACE😡

Used to never have a problem now I constantly get undercooked pizza. Even if its just a extra cheese pizza its raw in the middle.
