This place is the only place to go for Latin food! Oh my goodness. It was delicious. Flavors were perfectly fused together, ingredients were fresh & the options were plentiful. We had the Halo Bowl, Goddie Bowl and Yucca balls. Excellent choices. The owners talked with us, served us well and gave us some upcoming things we were excited about that are coming to Halo Eatery in the near future.
Although no traditional seating available, these two brothers are phenomenal! The food, the chitchat, the passion and the visioning shares of making their community better is unmatched!!! Must must must go and spend time with Halo and Goddie!!!
This was my first visit to Halo‘s eatery. They were so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t decide. Everything sounded so good. They took the time to explain to me many of the items on their menu. I decided to try the new P.R box. It had a nice variety. A good way to sample multiple items . Everything was excellent and so fresh. I appreciated the choice of dipping sauces as well. The empanadas and Cuban rolls were delicious. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be back to try The jerk chicken cheesesteak. That sounds amazing too.
The owners Angel and Juan are extremely nice and they are involved in the local community making it a perfect local business to support. This spot absolutely knocked it out of the park. I ordered empanadas and the jerk pineapple BBQ chicken cheesesteak, and it was great. The portion was generous, and you can tell everything is made with care and not rushed fast food. This is the kind of place that turns a quick takeout stop into something memorable. This cheesesteak is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back to work my way through more of the menu.
Just hit up Halo’s with my wife and grabbed the PR box to test the waters — and listen… if this is just the preview, they’re doing something RIGHT. The Cuban roll was 🔥 — perfect size, juicy, and packed with flavor. The empanada? LOADED with meat. No air, no dryness, perfectly seasoned and juicy every bite. And the three yuca balls… crispy outside, soft inside, and straight flavor bombs. If this was just the sampler, I already know I’m coming back for the full menu. 10/10 first impression.
