Domino's Pizza

I placed a simple delivery order at 7:56pm, with an estimated delivery of 30 minutes. We did not receive the food until 9:45pm. The food was cold, my 2 liter soda was missing, and they didn’t put any of the 3 dipping sauces I paid for. Overall a terrible experience, especially disappointing to find out your order is incomplete after waiting over an hour. I love dominos but I Will not order again from this location.

The delivery driver knocked on my door and left without leaving the order. I called the store to ask why and was screamed at by the woman who answered. I asked her to stop yelling at me and was explaining that I did not understand what was happening She continued to scream at me and tell me that she was sick and too busy to help me.

I irder from here a couple of times a month. What drew me to the location was observing the staff through the window of the establishment as I was in traffic. They seemed to be very hard at work and they had a good energy to them (their body language/ focus). I was originally ordering from the Havertown location, but that location went downhill. I was so happy to invest my heard earned money at this location! My order is ALWAYS perfect and beyond. The staff are always very professional, friendly and approachable.

Update 8/20/18. We decided to give Domino’s another try today. We bought pizza and stuffed cheesy bread and the quality was very good. This is the best pizza from Domino’s that we’ve had so far. The quality of the products here has been in continuous decline. I bought this stuffed cheesy bread on 4/11/18. There was cheese only inside a small portion of the bread, almost all the cheese was burnt outside of it. Whoever did this didn’t care at all about what he/she was giving to the costumer.

Food didn’t arrive for over an hour and a half. Tried to call several times to cancel and get a refund. Went in person and realized why—they let the phone keep ringing. “Manager” had headphones on and was rude, impatient and angry. I don’t recommend this horrible, unprofessional place.
