Domino's Pizza

Ordered pizza through the app. DID NOT CHECK THE BOX THAT SAYS LEAVE AT MY DOOR. The app said it was delivered and it was not. So I called and spoke to Brandon who at first said that they had it on its way. He told me to call back if I didn't receive it in 20 or so minutes. I didn't receive it so I called back. This time he put me on hold for five minutes before telling me "my driver left it on the table on the porch per your instructions". I told him I don't have a table on my porch currently so it must've been delivered elsewhere. I also told him that I did NOT CHECK the leave at door box with the instructions. He asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. Didn't offer to correct THEIR MISTAKE. Rachel was the driver who delivered to I guess one of my neighbors.

I placed an order of pizza and chocolava cakes and realized the order had issues after reaching home but my payment was also partially paid at store due to card issues, as soon as I reached home I got a call from the store and we spoke about both partial payment and order issues, I was told that payment is waived after discussing with “Shane - store manager” but i asked for a replacement since we don’t eat tomato sauce base much and that I can make payment when i am there to pickup my replacement order, as soon as I reached there O was received by “Shane” himself and he is totally unprofessional and liar. He flipped the story instantly stating that he did not agree for replacement and that I came back for free pizza. Looking at his behavior and way of responding, he is either unprofessiona

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The manager screamed at me for coming in the wrong entrance that is clearly not marked and it’s on the front of the building?!? This building is already confusing and the manager should worry about making pizzas instead of what entrance paying customers are coming into. Rude, and I’ll never step foot in this place again! What a joke.

Our neighbor ordered from here, we were sitting outside while our young kids played. Our Slow driving sign fell over. Their delivery driver stopped in the road and set it up for us. I don’t know his name but he drove a white ford. He went out of his way to help us and we weren’t even the customer.

I can’t eat the pizza so my roommate always gets me a salad . Normally excellent. Sell by date was today. Salad brown and slimy. Thanks. No dinner for me tonight.
