CASH ONLY - multiple locations.. newest as of 11/22/25! $1.50 small Ying yang (milk tea and coffee) $2 pineapple bun Very good prices. Good seating. They have dimsum, breads, and noodles dishes. Some of the breads were still warm when I went in at 11am! Egg tarts ($1.75) look at bit smaller than average but looks flaky! Their fish and pork cutlet buns look promising. Will come again!

This is a new branch from Dim Sum Sam. The bakery is fresh, tasty and affordable price. It is quite now, come before everybody knows.

Bread is good tasting and they give you free table and chairs to have you lunch time there.
