Diablo's Southwest Grill

Showed up at 620pm they don’t close until 9. They had all the lights turned off as well as the open sign turned off. When I went inside I noticed they were both hiding in the back. They had all the chairs on top of tables making it impossible for me to eat inside. While ordering there was only one guy making my order (so it too a really long time when I only ordered a burrito and a quesadilla) while the other just walked around aimlessly doing nothing. .Extremely dissatisfied with this visit.

Great, fast meals. Service is very quick too. You’ll enjoy your meal, believe me.

I have been there twice in the past 2 weeks because it’s the closest one to my school, and both times everything was amazing. All the food was fresh and fully stocked, they give you very decent portions without over doing it, everyone was super polite, and it was extremely clean. This is the best diablos in Augusta.

The young lady that prepared my order today was very professional and went above and beyond when preparing my order. She is a model image of what customer service should be. I ordered nachos and she put herself in the customers shoes. I can’t stand soggy nachos so the chips and queso were separate. Most people would have just put the nachos together without any consideration. I will be sure to frequent the Walton Way location.

I really liked this place. It is basically a play on chipotle with some different options. I got the burrito bowl with both beans, chicken, quac, sour cream, corn, and veggies. They have a salsa bar and each order comes with chips. It was priced a bit cheaper than Chipotle. The best thing was each table had charging stations with every kind of charging cable. I also recommend the queso. Oh and the chips tasted super fresh.
