Di Sweet Spot by One N Only Cakes

I just visited a pop up @ 742 Broadway Kingston NY. Di Sweet Spot @One & Only Cakes. I had the red velvet slice, and brought banana pudding home. I met the owner, Anrika. She is an amazing woman, small business owner who is a local pastry chef. The cakes all looked beautiful. The red velvet melted in my mouth. The flavor was the best I have ever had!! She said that she makes cakes for all occasions, including weddings! She is local- grew up in Kingston. I’m excited to support her business!!

AC is an incredible baker, and I'm so glad I chose her to make my wedding cake. It was EXACTLY what I wanted! Everyone had rave reviews. She really is excellent at what she does and I couldn't recommend her enough.

Ok. These cookies are AMAZING!! Can’t wait to taste their cake jars! The Carrot Cake w/praline Pecan, Triple Chocolate, Red Velvet Cheesecake, Strawberry Crunch! All sounds so good. They sold out on the cake jars at the event I’m at right now. But I will def make a trip where they’ll be next. Come see them! Anrika was on Summer baking championship on the food network.

Anrika made our beautiful and delicious wedding cake as well as several mini desserts for our reception. She went above and beyond with preparation and communication and even sent our tasting box to LA so that we could decide on flavors. The presentation and flavor of everything was absolutely perfect - we highly recommend Di's Sweet Spot for your special event!

I used Di Sweet Spot for our baby shower and our wedding and both experiences were incredible. We ordered mini cupcakes and brown suga cookies for the baby shower. They were so cute and absolutely delicious. Everyone raved about them! The very next day was our vow renewal, the big wedding we never had. I asked Anrika to make a surprise grooms cake that was animated themed. Not only did she create a design that was a showstopper, but the taste of the cake was top knotch. It was probably the crowd favorite of the whole reception! And working with her was such a breeze and so delightful. She was super responsive, delivered everything on time, and really made the planning process so stress free. Highly recommend Di Sweet Spot for all of your event needs, big or small. We can't wait to have a
