Let me just say this right now — this was hands down the BEST Denny’s experience I have ever had in my life. And I’m not exaggerating one bit. The Denny’s inside the Flying J in Walton absolutely knocked it out of the park tonight. From the moment we walked in, the energy was warm, welcoming, and genuinely inviting. But the real MVP of the night? Sandy, the night shift waitress and an absolute legend. She wasn’t just serving tables — she was delivering an EXPERIENCE. Attentive without hovering, friendly without being fake, funny, sharp, and on top of everything. Drinks never ran dry, refills were lightning fast, and she made us feel like regulars even if it was our first time in. And then… the food. This has become my favorite place to go for a good and hot breakfast. I have come here 3 weekends in a row, and each time everything was perfect today, I asked to speak with the manager, I could tell the server got nervous, but I only wanted to talk to the manager to let them know what an amazing job their entire team what's doing. The manager's name was Kee she was also very kind! The host was very welcoming.My server was very friendly and the cooks did excellent job because of the food was absolutely delicious.I tipped my server as usual, and today I even tipped the cooks! This place is absolutely wonderful.terrific job with keeping their customers happy!

I almost never get to eat out. I was excited to eat here and do it up right! Sadly the cook here needs to be fired. The T-bone steak was so tuff I had to spit most of it out in a napkin. The hash browns were so over cooked it was like eating straw. The servers were great. So sad they have to work with the worst cook I have ever seen!

Now considered the meItdown I gues ? Inside of a truck stop with awkward parking. Food takes forever. It's almost impossible to get someone's attention when walking in, there's no workers in sight and if they are they're speaking with tables forever. There's never a host you have to just wait for a server or kitchen worker to see you.
