It was good, but not good enough for 5 stars. One positive thing is that it is located in the heart of the Latino district of Norristown PA, which I didn't know existed before this. I'll be back.
Family owned ice cream shop, very nice people. Homemade palettes are to die for!
Had a water ice! Small treat store filled with snacks and frozen treats.
