Ava's Ice Cream and Water Ice

Good spot for ice cream. The staff is nice. The water ice version of coconut had mild taste. But regular ice cream was nice and creamy. Some are more sweet than to some people liking but overall homemade great flavors.

Amazing local spot with flavors that can't disappoint. Just moved to the area and will make this our regular summertime desert spot! Staff was extremely friendly and it was an amazing experience. Tried their Sour Apple and Orange Cream, both were spectacular!

We love this place and can’t get enough of the water ice! Our favorites are sour apple, cotton candy, passion fruit, and mango. The prices are very reasonable compared to other ice cream spots, and it’s such a pleasant, family-owned business in a convenient location with plenty of parking.

A great little ice cream shop with homemade ice cream. My mom and I stopped by here on our way back down from the outlets as a little pick me up. We always saw this shop but never had the time to go in and we were so glad we were finally able to visit! It's a small but fun little ice cream shop, very child friendly and the staff there is helpful and sweet. You can also taste test a few flavors if you're unsure My mom got the strawberry ice cream (1 scoop) on a sugar cone and I got the oatmeal cream pie ice cream (1 scoop) on a waffle cone. We got 1 scoop but it's definitely more than 1 scoop.. I think it's 1 (big) scoop on top of the ice cream inside the cone.
