Order a chopped cheese with a sweet potato pie and they gave me one molded never order here

the food is amazing and fresh at good pricing and the workers create a very friendly atmosphere!!!

This place use to be a lot better when I was younger. They used to open at 7-8am every single day. But now the older people seem to be retiring and the younger people have taken over the store. They changed the opening time to 9am and yet can't be bothered to open the store on time. What's the point of stating hours if you're not even going to stick to them? There have been dozens of times already where they do not open on time. I was waiting with multiple different people (including a truck trying to make a stock delivery at the store) for almost an hour without even a sign that anyone was going to open the store soon. That's absolutely ridiculous and insulting to us as customers. I've legitimately never seen any business that can't even be open on time to get their truck delivery. I don

They cook to order. Nothing is premade. Chicken on rice, lamb on rice, shrimp on rice amongst other speciality dishes. This shop is in Rensselaer where there is no nearby shops. This shop is connected to door dash for convenience of residents with no vehicle. Meals are fresh and affordable
