Del Carmen Mexican Store & Restaurant

We didn’t eat at the restaurant just decided to stop by the store. It is small but has most of the things my wife wanted so that’s a win. The only thing she didn’t like was that the breads were not fresh. Otherwise a nice little store.

We chose this restaurant for our wedding rehearsal dinner and it exceeded every expectation! The food was AMAZING — our guests are still talking about it, and a few even said it was the best Mexican they’ve ever had! They were so organized, communicative, and checked in with us several times before the event. For our large group, they had multiple servers taking care of us, and everything flowed seamlessly. The pricing was very reasonable and we didn’t run into any unexpected fees, which was such a relief while planning a wedding. We are beyond thankful we found them — 10/10 recommend!

An amazing colorful place that takes you through cuisine and music to Mexican lands! The food is finger-lickin’ good and the ice cream is out of this world! They also have a supermarket with lots of Mexican herbs, munchies, trinkets and more… YOU GUYS MUST GO!

My husband and I have been coming here since it opened in 1997 and we eat here at least once a month or more. The food, depending on the dish, is starting to have more Tex-Mex flavor rather than authentic old-home style Mexican food. There is a difference for those who don’t know. And now, no more nice quiet Sunday dinners. The owner has decided to allow a solo Mariachi to bring his one-band self in every single damn Sunday afternoon to sing. The music is SO LOUD it is unbearable…no way to enjoy your meal between people trying to yell over the music as well as kids screaming, trying to compete with the noise. So, my husband and I have stopped coming on Sundays. There are other nights dedicated to loud music activities and SUNDAY should NOT be one of those days at a family restaurant. I und

Everything is just delicious. The waitress was attentive. It was perfect for ADHD because everywhere you looked was something else to study and remark in its craftsmanship.
