Dee's Hot Dogs

My wife and I were passing through New Bedford when we found this place on Google. It’s very much so a little hole in the wall food stand but aren’t those the best? This kept that standard and held it high. The food was amazing even for just a hot dog! On recommendation from Dee herself I tried a Quahog which was AMAZING. The service was quick and everyone was very friendly. They have some benches for seating but most people were eating in their vehicles. The parking is also ample and you don’t have to wait long for you food so people are in and out quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone if you’re passing through.

Dee’s Hot Dogs is a solid old New Bedford spot that keeps things simple. The menu is basic, the prices are affordable, and you get exactly what you expect. No gimmicks, no trying to be something it’s not. Just quick, familiar food that’s easy on the wallet. The staff is friendly and efficient, which makes stopping in easy. It’s the kind of place you go when you want something fast and reliable without paying inflated prices. Nothing fancy, just a local spot doing what it’s always done.

People standing in the rain for a hot dog! Common sense told me to stop for a couple. I was not disappointed with my decision. I got two chili and cheese. I will definitely stop again.

While it is at the intersection of two major roadways, the food is really good, for Hotdogs. A variety of dogs,:Chilli, cheese, ect... The prices are reasonable. Remembers to bring cash though.

Good atmosphere, Dee's celebrated their 40th anniversary today. Good food, but bring cash. They have an ATM but you know those cost.
