Customer Reviews
We ordered the baked Jarlsberg, the pub-style cheeseburger with fries, and a cup of New England clam chowder—and everything was fantastic. The Jarlsberg came out hot and bubbly and was absolutely delicious. The burger was thick, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, and the fries were seasoned just right and amazing. The clam chowder really hit the spot, packed with rich flavor and plenty of tender chunks of clams. Great food paired with great service made for an all-around wonderful dining experience.

Darby's Pub is a great place to get a bite to eat or grab a beverage. The menu is decent and the prices are reasonable. Staff is super friendly and very attentive. Atmosphere is just like you'd think with most pubs, relaxing and chill. If you are in the area and looking for a local spot stop by Darby's Pub
Darby’s has turned into our go to spot as travel between Gouldsboro and Damariscotta. The food is great and their bar menu is quite good. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Tonight Esme was our server and she did a superb job. Our food was served quickly and came out piping hot. Esme checked back with us several times and made sure everything was just right. The great food, superb service, and a comfortable atmosphere make this Belfast restaurant a wonderful place for a meal.
We stopped in last night to celebrate my dad's birthday. The waitress we had was such a sweetheart and gave us top notch service throughout the evening. If I could give more than five stars for the service, I would because that's how good she was. My wife has a gluten allergy and they were wonderful accommodating that, making her a perfectly prepared grilled cheese and pickle sandwich. The dessert recommendation for my dad, the brownie sundae with Scottish toffee was TO DIE FOR. One of the best desserts I've ever had. If you ever find yourself in Belfast, this is must go to eat.
