Daniela Solis Bakery (Empanadicious)

Yesterday we visited Daniela’s Bakery for the first time, and it was such a lovely experience. Daniela herself greeted us, and when we came in to try one dessert, she kindly added three more for us to sample😊 Such a thoughtful surprise! Everything we tried was delicious and fresh. I especially loved the Napoleon. One of the pastries even had fresh red currants - something I haven’t seen in years! It instantly brought back childhood memories. Daniela is so kind and open-hearted. I recently moved to Bellevue, and I’m so happy to have discovered her wonderful bakery!

An absolute gem of a bakery! From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us with such warmth and kindness. Every dessert we tried was perfectly baked, not overly sweet, just the right balance of flavor. The passion fruit gelato was a dream. It’s smooth, refreshing, and bursting with flavor. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary Berliner, and wow, what a treat! Fully stuffed with luscious cream. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be returning for more delightful treats!

Surprised when driving by and entered this place. The Bombas are just amazing, the "canilla" bread, make us travel straight to our Venezuelan bakeries! The owner is kind and she gifted us some slices of rye bread for mother's Day! Thank you!

Daniela's empanadas are OUTSTANDING. $8 each, and are packed full and completely delicious! Spinach & Feta, Ham & Cheese, Chicken, Beef, Mushroom & Onion, Cheese. You must try them all! While you're at it, grab a baguette, a slice of chocolate cake, a chunk of baklava and some gelato! You won't be disappointed!

We came here on Thanksgiving, and everything around was closed — the only place open was this bakery. My son and I wanted to buy a cake and had no idea where else we could find one. Thankfully, the owner herself was behind the counter — she’s the baker. And honestly, this place has the best Napoleon cakes in all of Seattle. Highly recommend it — the Napoleon here is truly amazing.
