Daniel Stebbins House Inn

Loved this Inn. We stayed here in August 2025 while visiting family and attending a reunion. The house and rooms are lovely and comfortable. The location was perfectly convenient. ||Keirsten welcomed us and provided such a wonderful, elegant breakfast (even catered to my gluten allergy). She was so friendly and kind.||We highly recommend the Daniel Stebbins House. It couldn't be more perfect.

We stayed here for my husband's birthday. Ruth and Richard could not have been nicer and we loved chatting with them over breakfast. The entire place feels absolutely magical. The rooms are elegant, comfortable, and beautiful. Everything at this Bed and Breakfast was tended to with a lot of heart, soul, and skill. It felt like stepping into a gorgeous alternate universe. And Ruth makes the best cranberry muffins you'll ever have! Highly recommend.

As their website indicates, the Daniel Stebbins House is truly a home away from home experience. It was just what the doctor ordered for this Cape Cod couple. A last minute decision to jump into the Holyoke St. Patrick's Day Road Race meant that we needed a cozy spot to stay post race. The windy and hilly conditions during the 10K warranted a little bit of pampering...and that's just what we got at The Daniel Stebbins House. The old charm embraced us upon arrival not to mention the warm reception from the wonderful host, Richard, as we drove into the driveway. The room was exceptional and had everything that we needed to relax and get a good night sleep. Three day stay for two of us who roomed separately. Terrible disappointment for the absence of management as owners were out of town and the remaining staff were pleasant but unable to resolve problems. In the past, my stays here were exceptionally enjoyable with amenities that included freshly baked goodies. Additionally the breakfast offered was prepackaged and self serve. Prior stays included a made to order, properly prepared gorgeous breakfast with various and sundry options. This meal was formerly right in line with a luxury B&B, which I have very much enjoyed here and elsewhere. This is why I booked this B&B, even tho it was out of my price range for travel. My daughter and I recently stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast because we had an appointment the following morning at Mount Holyoke, and the proximity to the school is excellent. We were the only guests that evening so it was very quiet. The room we stayed in was perfect. They have Internet access, TV, a gas fireplace, and were able to convert the large bed into two separate singles. The following morning, at breakfast, we met Ruth and had a nice conversation about the area. She is a very pleasant person to talk with. The house is in great shape and I would definitely stay here again.
