I was there yesterday with my son and my hubby while waiting for food next door. My son had a cookie dough scoop and my husband had a ginger scoop. They asked if I wanted something I said no because of my allergies and they accommodated my allergies and made me feel happy that I was able to actually try something in there. The attendant was very friendly she went and switched out the scoopers and reassured me that I was going to be okay I ended up having the salted caramel and this definitely made my weekend. I usually can't eat in places like this. I loved how their ice creams with nuts were in a separate place. I would definitely go there again. Shout out to the attendant last night they were amazing 😍

Such a gem! I stopped in here on a whim while grabbing money from the bank next door, and I’m so glad I did. Batch Ice Cream is tucked perfectly between People’s Bank, the sushi spot, and a bunch of other cute shops and the theater — truly the ideal location for a little treat while you’re out and about in South Hadley. Inside, the vibe is super cozy and welcoming. The manager was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to talk about their flavors and homemade treats. You can tell she cares a lot about getting this business going. She recommended the gluten-free brownie (usually I’m skeptical of GF desserts), but it was honestly delicious — soft, rich, and didn’t taste “gluten-free” at all. The ice cream is very creamy, smooth, and enjoyable. Batch ice cream brand prides itself on its all natural ingredients, and the flavor stands for itself. For those curious, Batch brand ice cream is made in Manchester CT and sold in pints at many local grocery stores, at a lower price point than at this retail store.

The experience was wonderful. Very clean and bright place. The gentlemen that took my order was sooooo sweet and generous. My ice cream scoop was green tea and coconut joy with some strawberries and gummy bears toppings. It was delicious! 😘 Recommend this place. I will visit again in the near future.
