D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches

Traveling back from NY stopped in for a quick slice and grinder. Great service, slices and number 9. Trena was our server Marshall was very pleasant when he handed me my grinder,

The bread is so dry, it falls apart. This was my first experience with a D’Angelo sandwich. I have no desire to have another one. I like moist soft bread and this isn’t that. Everything else with the sandwich was fine. Service was fast, but seemed to have that philly attitude.

I had the Lobster Roll and it was excellent, can't till I am back to have another one

Went into this location at the rest stop, Eastbound Mass Pike, as I approached the counter I was told quite rudely by the obviously lazy employee that they had nothing but pizza left to serve! Of which there were 4 slices of random configurations! Hey D'Angelos why not just close this location as you have the majority of your locations throughout New England!! Why bother?

The lead employee here had a complete disregard for basic respect for people. This is at a rest stop and people are trying to get home after long rides - who wants to have the cashier be rude, arrogant and dismissive? And then hold my food (which was paid for and ready) and purposely not hand it over? Next time save yourself from a headache.
