Dan B's Restaurant & Bar

We were going to have an outdoor wedding when winter storm Fern decided to force us indoors. We considered all the venues here in the bay. Although this place is typically a restaurant and music venue, we considered Dan B's 3rd floor. We could not have picked a better venue! The cost was spot on reasonable. It comfortably accommodated approximately 50 of some of our closest family and friends. The food was excellent and the service even better. Between the young ladies keeping up with the needs of the buffet to our bartender Danielle keeping up with the drinks, the P.A. and attentiveness of our everything need, Dan B's staff provided a venue for our wedding that couldn't be surpassed! We highly recommend you give Dru a call for your special occasions in the bay!

This is a really nice place. A cousin of mine who lives nearby told me about it. As a musician, one of the bands I perform with ( Kickback ) had a show here. As a Louisiana native, I was very impressed with the quality of the seafood, as well as hamburgers and such. The seafood is outstanding. The staff and owner are very down to Earth and outgoing. It also has a wonderful location. Within walking distance of some of the best hotels you can find on Bay St Louis. It is very scenic and overlooks the Bay filled with Yachts and smaller Watercraft. I plan on revisiting this place very soon when I’m not working so I can relax and just enjoy the ambience.

This seems like a cool bar and they also have live music. You can also find some nice views here either looking at the bay or looking into the hordes of humans that now walk about all around Bay St. Louis these days. I sampled the cheeseburger here and while the fries were alright I don't see myself ever getting the burger again as it just wasn't up to my minimum standards and really wasn't very enjoyable to eat. The burger resembled a Wendy's burger a bit but with round meat instead of square yet a Wendy's burger tastes far better than what I was served. If I could give this zero stars I would. It took a hour and a half for our food, just for it to be cold and the management was not friendly at all and I paid 2.50 for one can soda. The total was $47.50 for nothing really and it wasn’t even good! This place sucks. The only that was good was the soda. And I’m pregnant so my husband had to hear about this!

Each level has the experience you are looking for. The bottom has live music. Take the elevator to the second floor for at table dining. Going up to the third floor you will find a bar where you can hear the music from below. You must order at the bar but can then sit anywhere. I would not get the pizza here, it was more like a very thin flour tortilla than an actual pizza crust. But the drinks were amazing.
