Dairy Queen (Treat)

Gonna blame it on myself for ordering food from here that was my mistake, but omg the food here is not even edible. I ordered a hotdogs, I recieved a burn to a crisp dehydrated chili dog. Took one bit and gagged, the hot dog was like beef jerky. Disgusting. Stick to the Ice cream in this place. Paid for a drink I never recieved as well. I feel bad because I know these are just kids working here, so I can't blame them, but cmon atleast teach them how to use the fryer or complete an order.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Monday, January 5th at approximately 9:00 PM. Although the store’s posted closing time is 10:00 PM, I was informed that Blizzards were no longer being served. When I asked for clarification, I was told that the equipment is cleaned an hour before closing, which effectively prevents customers from ordering one of the primary menu items during the final hour of operation. In addition to this policy being frustrating, the employees on duty were dismissive and unprofessional in the way they communicated this information. Their tone came across as rude rather than apologetic or helpful, which made the situation even more unpleasant. Went in for 2 hot dogs and a drink. Came out with extra 2 small, burnt onion rings. Two sundaes. $20. (?) Why are the blizzard treats not frozen? They are like soft serve. You can't even turn them upside down?!

My experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, the young lady was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. The ice cream itself was smooth, creamy and tasty. The overall experience, makes it the kind of place that makes you want to come back again.

The three young ladies who helped me tonight were excellent! They were extremely friendly, quick with the service, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Great team!!!! thank you for the wonderful service! 🙂
