Customer Reviews
I ordered these ice cream sundaes based on the photos and in-store advertising, and what I received looked nothing like what was promoted. The pictures show beautifully layered, full, well-presented sundaes with toppings and structure. What I actually got was a sloppy, poorly assembled dessert thrown into a plastic cup that looked rushed and careless. This felt extremely misleading and honestly disappointing. If you’re advertising a product, customers should receive something that at least resembles what’s shown. This wasn’t a “slight difference” — it was night and day. I wouldn’t have ordered these had I known this is what I’d actually be getting. Very deceiving presentation, poor execution, and not worth the money. Please do better, because this kind of advertising destroys trust.
My daughter and I stopped for ice cream on our way back to Tucson from Mexico. We purchased the Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzards, hers with the original strawberry and mine with caramel. They were delicious! My daughter commented that our Mediums were much larger than those she gets in Tucson. It looked like they offered 5 different sizes at this Dairy Queen, as shown in the picture. The ladies' restroom was clean and the employees were very friendly.
I was very disappointed.... The young man was abrasive. I ordered a large blizzard. When he informed me that it would be over $12, I questioned the price, as a large blizzard was $6.50 in Tucson. He took offense that I questioned the price. I gracefully declined and quickly exited the building....
High school aged employees who couldn't care less. No personality or desire to impress. It's an ok place at best! If you don't expect a great experience , you won't be disappointed.
This is the last time we will be going to this DQ, we don’t even order, we decided to just leave. This is not the first time that we have to deal with rude and impatient teenagers. Both boys and girls . It’s ridiculous. There should be something done about this .
