Stopped by this morning after ordering online. I went up to the window and was greeted by a barista that was busy on another order, obviously no problem. She acknowledged me and said, “I’ll be with you in a moment”. She finished making the order she was working on and then proceeded to walk away. I had to flag down another member and ask them to just hand me my coffee that had been sitting there for the entire ten minutes I was standing there waiting for someone to help me. They need to train their staff that they can ask people “do you have an online order or are you placing an order?” Rather than having online orders standing there for eternity to not be helped.

We’re winter visitors from Minnesota and stopped at the Dutch Brothers after picking up a few things at Fry’s. I think the young lady’s name was Andrea she was very patient explaining the sugar-free choices since I have to watch my sugars. She recomended a half sweet vanilla latte and it was just right for me, not too sweet like some places. Best coffee in town. The congestion is horrible. You can't even get in line for the drive through half the time because it's backed up into the street. Also just had a terrible experience walking up to the counter, so that doesn't feel much better. Its not their fault they are so popular, but its always a battle deciding if its worth the hassle going here.
