Dairy Queen (Treat)

This is hands down our favorite summer DQ location! Such a beautiful sitting area, and the staff is so quick too! We drive 115 miles one way to eat our favorite ice cream treats here 🎉 If you are in the Alexandria lakes area or passing through please stop by! You won’t be sorry!

Every time I have gotten a slushy here this week they came to me half melted which is disappointing. If I wanted to drink water sugar syrup id get the flavors from Walmart.

We were in the drive thru line before closing and were turned away when we got to the order panel. Girl working said, sorry, we are closed. I said we were in line before closing. Still refused to serve us. Very poor business decision. Additionally, who closes at 9pm in the summer on a holiday weekend?

On free cone day, went to receive a cone, pulled up and the woman opened the drive through window, said you have to use the app, I said the app isn’t working, so got upset, slammed the window, came back shoved the cone out at me and slammed the window shut. Awful experience. I will never go there again.

The employees were very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! I am not impressed with the employees.. we get one lady asking if we can take the order they screwed up on we told her no! And she gave us attitude about making a whole new one.. then we ordered another banana split and they gave us melted ice cream with chocolate syrup not hot fudge.. then she sent another employee to give us our order and she was just as RUDE..!! I definitely feel that if your going to make snarky remarks to customers and give attitude about their meals then maybe your working in the wrong kind of business!! Being as I had to give a star in order to make a comment.. but personally I feel that they shouldn’t get a star period.. this isn’t the first time this has happened we go there at least three times a week and still get
