Dairy Queen

I went thru the drive thru and ordered fries. When I got to the window I had asked for ranch, the girl gave me the most hateful look, she didn’t say nothing to me. Honey if you hate your job that much you don’t need to be working there. She was so rude & hateful. Luckily my fries were fresh. This was on March 1st, 2026.

The restaurant looks old and dingy, the owners clearly do not have an interest in daily function and efficiency. It take over 10 minutes to get blizzards made, they take orders on a piece of paper and it’s almost never correct and their burgers taste like they were reheated and made hours prior. I have gone back several times hoping for a better experience, however it falls short every time. The team seems to try. Owners and management need to be more engaged.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Skylar he was very professional and impressive. The food came out quick and was wonderful. All around great experience. 5 star all the way.

Food and service is fine. But it's almost comical that they have food on their menu that they not only don't have, they don't even know what it is. Lmao. Two separate occasions I ordered the two cheese deluxe. There is even a picture of it on the menu. The entire staff came over in confusion. One girl came out to look at it and said it's not on her side. Lol. But they were very polite and the food was fine.

Couldn't place an online order. Site refused my bank card and my credit card. Stated that this store doesn't support my payment method, yet it does when I actually pay inside the store. Fix your site.
