VERY good food, easy to say. But their service, attention to detail and wonderful food selections made us glad we happened upon this restaurant. We had the Italian beef, one with sausage. The complimentary cannoli (chocolate cherry) was the perfect finish. And today is their one year opening anniversary! I hope these ladies with their humble beginnings stay in business making people happy for a long time to come.

Food and service is excellent. We had the Italian Beef and Lasagna. Only thing to make it better would be actual glasses for drinks, and maybe real dinnerware?

We came in today and I got the Italian beef spicy and baptized and she got the sausage parm and man the food was awesome. Service was great. We love your place and we'll see you guys again very soon. Thank you.

To the guy concerned about the receipt. The world is paperless and hope you can find somone to transition you off the typewriter and fax machine.Even the Fetch app accepts an online E-receipt. The Stars given reflects a wonderous smell out of this world just on the sidewalk, the friendly atmosphere, the Chicago burb feel and taste from the spices in the sauce 🤌🍷🇮🇹 , the meats,pastas,veggies,and the cannolis in the antique serving case. I hope the concern about a receipt or even someone coming in and expecting spaghetti and instead receive a dish(es) out of this city county,and state will encourage you to stop in McKenzie is a minor issue.

This place has amazing Chicago style food. Their meatball subs are amazing and my wife really like their hot Italian beef sandwiches.
