Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Loved it!! Very surprised at the big selection of food - burgers to banana splits, salads to chicken nuggets, they even had fish sandwiches and a freezer full of whole cakes! Spotless restroom, orders filled very rapidly, friendly staff. Always busy, long drive thru lines that move quickly.

I normally don't write reviews, but this is the best fast food I have had since the early 2000s. IT HIT. And the customer service was TOP. 10/10!!! I had the $7 meal deal and the fish sandwich. WOW. Way better than any restaurant chain these days.

Always a delight to go here for treats, and an occasional meal or snack. The staff is kind and usually efficient. I've had their burgers, chicken (with country gravy as a dipping sauce), fries, cheese curds and soft pretzels with queso. Not all at the same time! The treats are what keeps me coming back though. There are so many blizzards to try. The Peanut Parfait is a wonderful combination of peanuts, chocolate and creamy soft serve. The Health Caramel Brownie Cupfection is pure heaven. Their Dilly Bar is simple and yummy, with a crunchy chocolate coating that satisfies. I'm glad Dairy Queen joined the neighborhood. The app is a nice plus for discounts, bargains and freebies too.

Sad to give them 1 star but just like another reviewer, I got sick after eating a chicken tender basket. The customer service was great so this really makes me sad. I experienced horrible stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea. Please retrain your staff on food safety procedures.

So this new DQ still has some growing pains. We've been a couple of times now bc who doesn't love DQ soft serve? The first go round was right after they opened and the mobile app wasn't working and we went through the drive through. And it was a mess. Every part of the order was wrong. This time we thought we'd check out the inside. You can place you order easy enough, but any customization make it difficult for them to close the order. And some time they were finally able to figure out how to close the ticket so I could pay. We both ordered the same chicken box with sundae. Only one sundae was plain. And we got the ice cream to make later. The site is still pretty clean since it's a new build. Some of the tables have outlets for you to plug your devices to charge, even USB ports. Basic co
