Sold me a blizzard flavor they were out of didnt find out until 20 mins later when I went looking for my Ice cream- it should have come out with my other food. My mother in law got the wrong sandwich - mine- Im almost certain they took it back from her and gave it to me- You should NEVER take food back from a customer especially if it has been opened and handled. I dont understand it was not busy but the service was just terrible and slow

I order my food and was given my drinks and ice cream. I was asked to pull around front to wait. Our blizzards weren’t filled up. We sat and waited for our food for over 20 minutes just to get cold food. When i received my large rotisserie style bites the container wasn’t even half full. Definitely not worth over 40$ !!!! Don’t recommend.

This is actually two reviews in one. We decided to give this location a second chance and they failed again for different reasons. The first time we went, we were going through the drive through. We could smell a very strong aroma of marijuana. My husband and I both assumed it was the car that may have been there before us and the smell just lingered, or maybe somebody head done it in the parking lot. When we got to the drive through window, we literally saw a puff of smoke and somebody stand up, lay something down and to make our blizzards. The same time that the guy opened the window to take our payment. We were hit in the face by that awful skunk smell. Doordash order 7:46 pm then dasher told no food as they shut grill and fryers down so work all day door dash and still don't get food because people are lazy. This place needs to clean house and hire people that want to work.
