They never blend the blizzards completely, the bottom 1/3 is basically just vanilla soft serve. It happens every time regardless of the blizzard flavor. Watched the girl only put 2 scoops of toppings in my medium blizzard when I know should be 3. It’s obvious that the franchisee, managers, and employees at this location don’t care about quality.

Blizzards are ALWAYS under mixed. Bottom half of the cups are plain soft serve. There is never enough flavor/mixins. It's like they only add enough for the size below what you ordered and only mix it in to the top. Management needs to retrain the staff on proper servings and mixing process.

Wouldnt be surprised if this is the next DQ to shut down. Be prepared to wait an extra 15 minutes after your mobile order pickup time while 3 of the 5 staff mess around with the other 2 that are presumably doing something. Not to mention 0 courtesy and placing hot food on top of frozen blocks of, I hope not raw meat, that they're waiting to defrost. Id rather go out of my way to Gresham or Beaverton than come here again.

We have been here 3 times in the last month. Every time we go through the drive thru they mess up the order. And every time we order the chicken strip basket the gravy is hard and cold. Each time we have to bring it back inside the restraunt and ask for hot gravy. The owners really need to have a talk with the kids that work there because they are slacking big time.

We had to loudly yell and repeat our order multiple times so it started out annoying. Then they couldn't tell us at the time of ordering they were out of onion rings until we got to the window to pay. The they made us wait in the 'grille' line just to get soggy cold chicken strips and sparse, cold fries with the chicken strip meal. They tried to make up for it by giving us sauce overload. Just disappointed and irritated with this experience. Oh and they tried to say our card might not work at the beginning because it doesn't have the tap feature lol but it worked. I get these are kids but they need better training if they're running the restaurant without direct supervision. Just silliness!!!
