Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Wait time was a little long only one car in front of us, but the food made up for it. Everything was cooked well, onion rings were crunchy, pretzels were soft. We received extra ice in our drink as requested. Drive-through employees were nice. Not bad for our little old town Rathdrum, Idaho. WE LOVE JOYRIDE!

I ordered a heath blizzard and received a thin chocolate milkshake with chunks of Heath candy. Blizzards are made with thick vanilla ice cream. The staff needs to learn how to make a proper blizzard. Will not visit this location again. The Post Falls DQ on Seltice is much, much better.

30 minutes + trapped in the drive thru for two chicken strip baskets and a burger, they forgot the burger and the rest of the food was cold. Seems to be this way at this place every time. Perhaps better training or accountability of your staff would go a long way.

Very disappointed. Poor service, the kid working the front clearly needed help and his coworkers were just walking around him. The large cheese curds I ordered are still cold in the middle, and the single ranch cup I got isn’t even half full. The Moolatte is almost soup and the Orange Cream shake my husband got was not even filled to the brim, 3/4 full with no whip cream. Not worth the + $30 we spent there. Definitely won’t be going back.

Went through and ordered the $7 cheeseburger meal. Clarified twice that I wanted the cheeseburger and not the chicken strips, and I got the chicken strips anyway. I also ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes on the side and they were way too full and spilled when opened. The food was fine it was just a bad experience
