Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I’m sure it cause all the people who work here are pretty much all in high school. But while I was in the drive through I was handed a bag of food and left alone. The kids decided to just chit chat and mess around. While I’m still at the window. Finally They asked what else I needed and I told them I’m missing a drink a large fry and 2 blizzards. They only handed me my blizzards and fry no drink. So I had WALK IN and I have a broken back right now. I shouldn’t have to do that. I got home and my FOOD WAS ALL WRONG. So I had to drive ALLLL the way back and walk back in and demand for my food. Back is STILL BROKEN btw. Get your crew together or fire them idc. Cause I won’t be coming back.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill hit the spot on a hot afternoon. The staff greeted us with cheerful smiles and had our Blizzards whipped up in no time. Burgers were fresh off the grill, fries were crispy, and the soft‑serve was classic DQ perfection. The dining area was clean and comfortable, making it the perfect pit stop for a quick treat. We left cool, satisfied, and ready to come back for more.

Ice machine was broke was not offered ice girl at the counter was more worried about talking to her bf. Tried to get our ice creams the lady brought them out told us they was not ours after walking circles twice. Management is crap

The prices are high. I paid over eight dollars for a large blizzard. The "large" cup they give you would be considered a "medium" size cup anywhere else. The cup was not filled to the top. I pointed it out to the cashier. She said sorry. She was young and innocent. So I bit my tongue and said, thank you, and walked away. The value is not there.

We ordered a small swirl ice cream cone and a large ice cream cone with vanilla and they were the best cones we've gotten in a long long time thank you guys
