Have given them many opportunities, even with cold food multiple times. A friend of mine said give a place three times and have given them probably 6. Tonight was different. My wife placed an order between 45 minutes and an hour for pick up. No idea how long she waited, but it was some time and the food was not ready, and the girl to counter told the manager to handle her. My wife canceled the order and we are told 3 to 5 business days depending on upon our bank to refund the money. I was excited to have a DQ coming to town, but we’re done with that place. Maybe they can sucker the out-of-towners into doing business there who are used to a good DQ. Cold burgers and terrible customer service is a great way to run a restaurant/fast food place guys. I hope the owner contacts us.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Gave them some leeway when first opened. The food we got was cold not cooked all the way. But tonight was the last straw. I placed an order on the app approximately 6:10, I could have had pickup before 6:30 but scheduled 6:45. I got to the store a little early 6:40ish asked about my order and got told it wouldn’t be done soon…. Like ok…… why not? I waited a few more mins and nothing I said can I ask what the hold up is as I placed on the app almost 45 mins ago. She sighed and looked at the manager and said handle her… at this point I’m like handle me? I waited until 7 when I said can I just have a refund she said you do it on the app. I pulled up the app and asked where she was rude and said I don’t know. I said who does? someone else said get her the mana

Went to the drive through at Dairy Queen on Sunday, January 11. When we arrived there were 3 cars in the parking lot, one car at the pick up window and one car ordering. They were done ordering by the time we got to the order station. We ordered 2 large snicker’s blizzards. Pulled up and waited behind the 2 cars in front of us. Sat and waited 5 minutes for the 1st customer to get their order. The 2nd customer waited for 2 minutes to get a small cup of ice cream. We pulled up and waited at least 2 minutes to get the blizzards. The one blizzard was okay, the 2nd was a half inch over the top. I asked her for lids and she handed out dome lids which would have been great if they fit the glasses but were too big. We have a 20 minute ride home so had ice cream dripping all over the glass holder i

We walked into the store just to order some ice cream. We stood inside the store for probably about 5 minutes before we had someone come to the register. asked for the chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and the cashier kept saying that is not on the menu. told her many times it is its right there on the blizzard menu. She told me she can make me a chocolate chip blizzard and charge me for the cookie dough to be added. Told her no I don't want to be charged extra for something that's already on the menu. walked out and went through the drive through and wow I'm sure that was the longest i have ever had to wait to get something. we probably waited about 25 minutes before we got to the window to get out items. While at the window the window was open, and an employee kept saying she is ready

Overcharging customers and said they can't do anything about it. I ordered the large cheese curds. The menu board said $8.19. It rang up $8.79. I told the cashier and he went to get the "manager". I was told nothing he could do about it. Whatever is in the computer is what he had to go with. This is my third visit in 2 months. My second visit was awful too. Ordered a cheeseburger combo as part of my order. This part was forgotten. I went to the counter to ask about it. Sorry, we'll get it right out. 35 minutes later I asked for it, sorry we will get it right out. The resolution was to refund me my money and not give me my food. The food is ok, but service and manager are absolutely terrible. They must not care, because no one from the store is responding to the terrible
