Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Come to DQ last night around 5pm. No one knew anyone was waiting at the counter for a few minutes. While waiting we heard all the workers in the back all laughing and having their own party. When we got our food the food was barely warm. The cheese on all of our sandwiches wasn't even the slightest bit melted since the burgers weren't that warm and u can tell the meat wasn't fresh at all. One sandwich hardly had any lettuce on it and the other barley had any sauce. Went back to the counter after eating for ice cream. Of course we waited since no one was near the front counter. I used my rewards and a free ice cream from a kids meal and the lady said told me a price. I told her with rewards and coupons it was all free. Highly disappointing

Dairy Queen is more than just ice cream we got the $7 meal deal and it was a great value! Today especially you can easily spend $30-$40 going to eat for fast food! Great fast service

The food was delicious. The service was WAY slow..... enough so that we had the sundae and blizzard gone before the food arrived. There's a definite lack of cleaning/maintenance since all but 2 tables were soiled and the floors covered with dirt and food debris.

Food, when its right, is good. It's become a Joke in my house on how many time can they mess up my order. It's gotten to the point where I have to sit in the drive through and check every single item before leaving. 9 times in a row is my record for wrong items, first 3 from ordering in line and 6 more from ordering on the app. Like how hard is it to mess up two chicken strip baskets. It's always missing a sauce or I've got the wrong side. If it where up to me I would stop coming here all together, the McDonald's down the road has barely ever messed up my orders and I'd recommend them more then this place.

I absolutely love their ice cream products. I have never been disappointed there. They have wonderful fries and their onion rings are sufficient. Their burgers need some work. The meat doesn’t really taste like meat. But I am giving this place two thumbs up. The staff is always friendly, and talkative. They keep the inside of the restaurant clean, the lines and drive-through always move quickly, and I have yet to have them make a mistake on my order. And I have been there since they have opened quite a bit. Really the only complaint that I have there is their meat. I commend the workers and the store manager for always making my visit enjoyable! And I have witnessed them deal with some very unreasonable people very gracefully. Keep up the good work.
