Brent’s Firehouse Coffee

I love their iced coffee but Saturday morning I was there at about 6:45 am and sat there waiting for someone to take my order and nobody ever came so about 5 mins of waiting I just left. So other than that my experience has been good so far

I love Brent’s drinks. They make my day. What doesn’t make my day? The terrible service and atmosphere of buying a Brent’s drink. These workers are so inefficient. They help cars in the wrong order and usually can barely count change back properly. The lady today also made my order wrong after I waited for over 35 minutes. I hate the service here. The drive thru of the new location is awful to navigate and the grade is too steep so most cars scrape their undercarriage on the way out. This location is not any more efficient than the last one, if not worse. It takes far too long to get a singular drink from this place, they lose so much business on the poor efficiently alone.

I came to this location to do a quarterly ice machine deep clean and was very impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the business. The manager there was very pleasant to talk to and was very welcoming and helpful. If you need caffeine like me driving from job to job hit up Brent's for sure!

This is my favorite local coffee place to go to! I normally walk in to order my coffee, they make it quickly and then I pay. The staff there are incredibly friendly and hold a conversation with you as they make your drink if there’s not a lot of people. There is a drive thru window that you can order from. The staff are really good with remembering clientele who come every day! Today I watched her make my drink and another drink; it was for the truck at the drive-thru! She already knew, and that’s small town kindness that I love to see. You can tell they care when you come in. The inside of the coffee shop isn’t glamorous or hip like Starbucks. But that doesn’t bother me at all because it’s clean and there are places for you to sit and enjoy your drinks if you choose!

Stayed overnight in DeWitt after coming in from Michigan. Headed to to the coffee place after staying in the hotel nearby. The barista was super upbeat and friendly. The coffee is great. Highly recommend this place if you're ever in the area.
