Chicken strips? You mean chicken nuggets… 14$ for a 6 piece chicken strip basket with a drink. For size reference, I put a nugget on a half piece of bread. The nugget covers 1/4 of a whole piece of bread… these nuggets are about 1.5-2 inches of mostly breading. Of course after I received my order I went inside and I asked the manager “Jennifer” (2:50 pm 12/22) on Monday evening if this is the normal size of “tender” and she told me yes and that there’s simply nothing she could do… Terrible customer service. Employees are throwing things by the grills. Place seemed like there was no management.

I eat at different locations of DQs on a weekly basis. I ate at this one yesterday and I was thoroughly impressed. It was one of the best ones I've eaten at. The food was reasonably priced. The service was excellent. The cashier was polite and very helpful answering any questions I had. Made me and my wife feel comfortable. The atmosphere was great and the restaurant was clean including the bathroom. The next time I choose to eat at DQ again, I will drive the extra miles to get the same experience that I received even though there are closer ones to my location. Keep Up The Great Service.

They gave me seltzer water instead of Dr pepper. I knew that the syrup was empty because the first person in line gave it back their soda. But apparently they didn't change the soda it was very nasty. Other than that it was good food experience

My boyfriend and I just came through, we are regular customers, usually the atmosphere is great at customer service is great but it was terrible. Our blizzards are great, so the chill person was vantastic. The girl who cashed us out at the window and took our order however, was rude for no reason. I just recently got out of my customer service job, I know what I'm talking about when I say be nice to your customers, they are the ones who pay for their food to bring in your paychecks...🤷🏼‍♀️ Being nice can go a long ways. Usually really decent food. Staff is usually friendly most of the time. Food was not so great the last time. Chicken strips were hard as a rock and the size of nuggets. we ate there and the service was.... Well, let's just say I think someone was having a rough day. We will try them again next time we are out that way and see if things have gotten better.
