BIGGBY COFFEE (WEST)—DRIVE THRU ONLY

I love this biggby! This biggby always has fast service, great drinks and food, the crew is quality here and they're efficient. I drive out of my way to come to this biggby and never regret it. This biggby will have your drink to you before you can get your order taken at the other biggby in town. I have officially made this my only biggby. Thanks to your amazing crew for the best drinks!

Typically I have a great experience at this location. They are fast and friendly and the coffee is consistent. That hasn’t been the case lately. I went there last week and received a half full latte that tasted terrible. When I called to let them know so that they could be more careful of checking orders before handing them out to others, they apologized and offered me a free drink. My husband and I went yesterday to redeem the coffee and get 4 others for my family, and all but 1 were much less than full. The only full one was the hot chocolate which wasn’t even hot. I typically go once a week for a coffee, but I think I will be taking a break from Biggby for a while. It’s not worth it to get drinks that are half to 3/4 full and topped off the rest of the way with whipped cream.

I asked for extra boba and she gave me so much normally when I asked, they don’t give me as much she made it perfect and was a great service she warmed up my cookie for me it was great I drinked it in 2 seconds it had double this boba I put in the pic it was a little pricey but worth it every time

We’ve come to this one twice. My boyfriend’s frozen latte is good as is my mocktail double boba. They always offer our dogs Milkbones or pup cups and are super friendly. Last time, our bragel was fresh and hot.

Disappointing. It was the anniversary of my wife and I becoming engaged and I wanted to surprise her with a coffee. I ordered a medium cappuccino with whipped cream. I ended up receiving half a cup of just cappuccino, and no whipped cream. The place wasn’t busy, only one other car in the drive through. The order wasn’t a difficult one, a pretty easy menu item. I didn’t realize how badly it was botched until I got to my destination and went to take it into my wife. Bummer, it ruined what was meant to be a nice little surprise. A hot cappuccino with whipped cream on this unseasonably cold day was what I was looking for, but it wasn’t at all what I got. I won’t be returning.
