BIGGBY COFFEE

Absolutely love Biggby Coffee. They are the Midwest version of Starbucks. They have almost everything you can order at a regular Starbucks and their own special mix of flavors. It’s fall right now so all the delicious pumpkin fall flavors are out. White lightning latte (white chocolate) is my go to and white pumpkin is my current fall order if you want a good recommendation. Pictures below from different trips.

My best advice is to go to our biggby west. This biggby is very slow at taking your order even when it's dead. I've paid for extra boba and still get less than what's given at biggby west without having to ask for extra. I've stopped coming here, I will go out my way before work to go in the opposite direction to the other biggby, for better service and better drinks. Do not recommend this biggby at all!

My wife and I were waiting for service at the drive through speaker and the girl asked us to wait a moment witch is fine. My wife and I started watching a video in our car and because the girl in the window could hear what was going on in my car she had to make some smart comments about how she can hear what is going on. I dont know why she had to be snooping on what was going on in my car, the volume wasn't even that loud so that means she was trying to listen to what we were watching.

Great coffee place! We don't have these in Iowa. Lots of room. Even has a conference room. Plus a bookshelf with games and used books. It was Cool to see the CEO had written two business books. Probably worth reading. He's done something right.

I’ve been in this city for a week on a business trip, and every single morning I placed an online order here. Every time I got the message that my order was “ready,” I went to the store — and not once was my coffee actually ready. Every single day I had to remind the staff about my order and then wait another 10–15 minutes. This is beyond frustrating and completely defeats the purpose of online ordering. Absolutely unacceptable service.
