Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered a heath blizzard and when I started eating it, I bit into what turned out to be a bug. Blended into my blizzard. I called and spoke to a manager whose only response was to repeat what I said and then silence. No apology, Just a bug, apparently no big deal

The website said that they are open until 10pm, I got there at 9pm, but when I got to the drive through no one answered me. I went up to the window and they mouthed the words "we're closed." They didn't even open the window.

Took 25 minutes to get a small shake and had to ask them about it before they decided to make it. They just pumped out the drive through while 4 people inside waited for shakes for over 20 minutes. On top of that, my sister mentioned the last time she was here there were tons of flies. I thought how bad could it be? Well, she was right. Flies everywhere. I had to swat them away constantly so I could eat my burger and wait for my shake. Lol soooooo many flies. The other reviews are not exaggerating. Lol The food was good though, so that's a plus.

The low rating on this place is perplexing. Stoped by for a quick lunch with our family of 6. They expertly took our extremely large order, and our food arrived within 5 minutes of sitting down. They handed each of us our order as if this was a sit down establishments. Everything was correct also! Add that the place was clean and everything was stocked. The only minor inconvenience was that they were out of iced tea on a hot summer day. Best fast food stop I have had in MONTHS!
