Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Food was great. Customer service was good . Just felt bad for employees are very overworked the young lady that was taking care of us was so overwhelmed. She didn't say it, but you could see it. And she was handling it very well. Customers were getting a little uptight. We did have to wait over half hour for our food made us late for an appointment. I was not upset with her after I seen how hard she was working The owners really need to look at getting more help. If you want your business to succeed, i would hate to see Dairy Queen close 1 day, but it needs to get better about how quick your order is taken care of it's fast food. It should be quicker than half hour It's not the employee's fault.

Upon arrival the employee suggested the HEATH Caramel Brownie Cupfection, for my husband. It was great! Actually we were surprised by the great service. Manager came and checked on us himself, and took time to share some of his local experiences.

Food is pretty great. However the service has never been good and the employees aren’t the nicest nor are they organized. Takes 30 minutes (no exaggeration) to get my food each time I’ve gone. Drive thru included.

We were treated like paying customers are a GIANT inconvenience we spent $60. Our blizzards were good however the female employee slammed our food and blizzards on the table. I asked for extra fire sauce and was charged $1.05. Pics speak louder than my words, so if you want attitude and rude service this is your place. Most likely WON’T be ever coming back.

Legit impressed. Ordered the 6 piece strip meal and it was delicious. The chicken was cooked well, moist, and paired lovely with the gravy! The seasoning used on the chicken is a little more spicy than A&W. For that I'm afraid my kids will still prefer that. Fries were good and also delicious dipped in gravy. Blizzards we're good. Scratch that. Mine was amazing. I ordered a strawberry blizzard and I can't tell you how long it's been since I've had anything strawberry flavored that actually tasted like fresh strawberries and not that garbage strawberry syrup everyone uses. Even Artic Circle seems to be using it now. Overall impressed and will return.
