Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Hardly ever go to DQ because it's kinda pricey. I'm certainly NEVER going to this location again. Over $6 for two small cones and they were the tiniest cones I've ever had. I looked at the pictures of the reference cones on the ice cream machine and wondered who on earth would think they are similar. We just left with our sad "treats" and I looked up the reviews for this place. I wish I had taken the time to do it before we dealt with that nightmare of a parking lot.

Don't ever think about doing a mobile order here. It is horrible.what happens to me every single time I do a mobile order is I'll place it 15 minutes before my hour lunch. And I'll go there and expect it to be done. It isn't and then they just started as soon as I walk in through the door so it takes them 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes to make my food because they're dicking around and they're sitting in the back, singing to the songs on the radio or dancing and yelling kobe as they throw garbage into the trash can instead of making my food. Why cant u giys make the food as soon as it comes in cause everyone expects it to be done when they get there but no, they stll have to wait, AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE JUST TO BE CLEAR..

I ordered a number one. It comes with bacon. I don't have bacon on my burger. And if they ran out of bacon, why would they charge me full price for a burger? And on top of that, I had to sit at the window for a minute or 2 minutes longer while there's a line because they didn't put fry sauce when I asked. I can't call and report because their phones are down

The saddest fast food experience I've ever had. Took 30+ minutes to get through the drive through with 3 cars ahead of me- staff was busy hanging out and joking around. Good to know they're in good spirits, thanks guys. Keep up the fine work.

Beautiful lady who welcomed us with a smile and skip. She got our orders and made it easy to pay. Some dude with purple hair made it festive with his outfit and holiday cheer. Food was amazing and felt at home with the decorations. Would 10 out of 10 recommend it here for a bachelor party and these employees deserve a raise.
