Dairy Queen

Came in here with my sister and the customer service was awful. Lady at the front register was very rude. After paying for our food we were looking at the cakes and we turned around, our food just sitting on the counter. No one called us when it was finished, did not ask us if we wanted lids, nothing. My sister’s New York cheesecake blizzard had absolutely no pieces of cheesecake either. Won’t be coming back that’s for sure.

Went out for some dessert after dinner, VERY disappointing. Me and my family ordered 3 cookie dough blizzards with no chocolate and asked for peanut butter to be added. No peanut butter or chocolate at all was in any of them. This is the second time in a row I have went and had issues. last time I asked for the same thing and just got a bunch of chocolate dumped in it. The time before that the drive through girl was leaned out the window yelling at an elderly lady. The girl who has been there these past two times is very rude, she doesn’t smile at all and when I was saying thank you before driving off she closed the window on me. Those people choose to work in customer service and fail at even being nice every time. DO BETTER!

I’be been going to this Dairy Queen for years, even though there’s one much closer, recently the young woman at the drive-through is just cold, devoid of any personality!! Smile for goodness sake!

Dq is always a reliable good ice cream and this location is no exception. Never had a problem here.

Love this location, great seating & great ice cream! Haven't had any issues any time I stop in.
