Dairy Keen - Home of the Train

I usually pass this place by because I thought the service would be too slow. I was surprised to find that it is a nicely updated establishment well a good selection on their menu. The food was ready quickly and it tasted good and fresh. I usually pass through this city pretty quickly on my way to somewhere else. This time I was glad a took the extra few minutes to sit down to eat. The electric train running throughout is a pleasure for everyone to watch and has been a positive draw for many years. I will stop there again on another trip through town.

01-19-26 UPDATE: owner reached out after review and made things right. Very grateful and we would love to give another try. This was my fist time and my husbands second. I ordered the spicy guac chicken sandwich meal and a banana split with almonds, strawberries and marshmallows. He just got a plain bacon cheeseburger with lettuce meal. I noticed after a couple of bites that they didn’t put guac in my sandwich so I went back and told them. They said to threw it away and they would make me a new one. Ok perfect. They gave me a bacon Swiss burger with guac. It wasn’t even what I had ordered to begin with. I had literally shown the lady so I don’t know how it was missed. I didn’t even bother correcting them as it was very busy and I got to try the chicken and beef at this point. Also my banan

Unique burger stop. Model train is their calling card. The Train Burger was loaded and tasty. Good fries. Friendly staff. Worth checking out if you're in Heber.

I thought this place would be a dump for some reason but it exceeded my expectations! Burger was delicious and shakes were so good—I got a seasonal one and definitely recommend trying the shakes. They were delicious. The fries are either double fried or beer battered. They were so good. It was busy so I think it says something about the place.

I was there for the first time. It was a wonderful experience, from the beautiful flowers outside, the place to seat and enjoy the fresh weather. Inside a home atmosphere with that attractive train at the ceiling and so clean tables and gentle service. Highly recommend for a family.
