We spent the night at Dhala and it was fantastic! The cocktails were beyond our expectations. We started with the Moo Ping, which was impressive despite its comfort and familiar name. The Hokkaido Scallop Crudo was like a refreshment from the sea, and the Potato Terrine—crunchy on the outside and buttery soft on the inside—is still lingering in my mind. The Khao Soi and Khluk Ka Pi Octopus really changed how I think about Thai cuisine. They took familiar street food and elevated it with new flavors, and I absolutely loved that!
New Thai fusion spot with authentic flavors. Every dish we ordered was excellent, especially the Khao Soi Beef—perfect noodles with a rich, flavorful sauce. The Seabass with Thai white “Lon” sauce completely exceeded my expectations. The drinks were also exactly my style. I loved the Ozaka Fern—refreshing with an earthy green tea flavor and a beautifully balanced blend. I also want to give a special shout-out to “Jack” our server. He was amazing—very informative and took the time to explain every dish in detail. Even the food runner explained each component when serving, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fine-dining Thai cuisine at a reasonable price. You definitely get more than what you pay for.
Best food, crafted drinks and stunning interior! The Khluk Ka Pi with octopus really stood out. The flavor was absolutely authentic Thai, bold and balanced, and the plating was beautiful. It felt traditional but elevated in a very elegant way. The Gai Yang was also very satisfying, perfectly seasoned, incredibly soft, juicy, and just so delicious. One of those dishes you keep going back to. I tried two drinks. White Plumeria was my favorite, it surprisingly reminded me of Tom Kha, creamy, aromatic, and comforting but still refreshing. The Dahla Martini, their signature, was smooth and spirit-forward with a clean finish. Very well crafted. Finished with dessert and, as always, stunning presentation and amazing flavor. Dahla really knows how to make every part of the meal feel special.
This new Thai spot opened just a few weeks ago, serving Thai fine dining. The interior is stunning (classy and full of charm). The dishes aren’t the typical ones you find at most Thai restaurants. Everything feels elevated and thoughtfully crafted. I’ve had Thai fine dining in Thailand, including Michelin‑starred spots in Bangkok, and I’m happy to say this place is right on that level. My favorite dishes were the Hokkaido Scallop Crudo (super refreshing), the Khao Soi Mafaldine (so creative!), and the Khai Yang (so tender and the sauce is delicious). As of now, they only offer one dessert called Dahla, which is shaped like a Dahla flower. It’s absolutely delicious. The service is excellent, too. My glass never got close to half empty, and empty plates were cleared right away. Since the
Dahla is a beautiful high-end Thai restaurant with a warm, classy atmosphere and truly authentic Thai flavors presented in a creative, elegant way. We started with Miang Cara Cara, Hokkaido scallop crudo, and Moo Ping. The Miang had the real taste of traditional Thai miang and was naturally beautiful with edible flowers. The scallop crudo was very creative and paired with a sauce that captured the bright flavors of Thai seafood dipping sauce perfectly. The Moo Ping smelled amazing when it arrived and was made with layered cuts of pork, which was both creative and delicious. For mains, the Khao Soi was outstanding — authentic flavor, super tender beef, and homemade noodles that held the sauce beautifully. Highly recommended (we finished it too fast to take photos). Kai Yang had real Thai
