D’Agostino’s is the best sub shop in the state. Great hires that stay a while and great team atmosphere. People buy-in to the operation because the family cares about its staff. Excellent subs, excellent pre-made fresh options, and catering is second to none. Still has the old school feel to it which is becoming harder and harder to find. Best times to go are mid morning and any time after the lunch rush but even during its busiest hours the staff dominates and gets the line moving quickly. Once you go here a few times they will treat you like extended family. The Italian way. I couldn’t recommend a deli in higher regard.

This is one of my favorite places to catch a great sandwich which could be one of the specials they run day-to-day. Everyone is very knowledgeable and kind and very helpful. They also carry pastry and food as a small convenience store but more of an Italian convenience store. Definitely worth it!!!

First two times I ate from there the food was delicious. After that I ordered a turkey and cheese the turkey was starting to ferment. Then I tried a piece of my partner's order and the deli meats were not as fresh as they was before. Then my stomach got upset I also had a feeling that the food they have sitting out behind the glass has been sitting there for 6 months.

Arlington native. Moved to New York City and still looking for a deli that’s the same tier as D’Agostinos. Lots of places sell boars head turkey, but this place keeps it fresh and delicious. Always treat myself to a sub when I go home. Great potato salad and egg salad from catering too

This was a delivery that I ordered for my husband who was doing an open house for a property and couldn’t leave. So I ordered a sandwich to be delivered on which I got roast beef, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. I also asked for extra mayo. It came with NO mayo. The tomato’s weren’t even ripe. Also, the veggies were diced not sliced as they should be for a sandwich. You shouldn’t use the same diced ones that you use for a salad. I understand it’s easier that way but they fall out of a sandwich!!!! He said it was the worst sandwich he’s ever had. I know you get busy at lunch but please slow down and get things correct. Also, please use ripe stuff if you are going to put them on someone’s sandwich. Especially when it costs 15 dollars. Never going back!!
