It was alright. Service definitely has gone wayyyyy down hill at this location. When I lived in Randolph I remember coming here all the time, even when it was "Minihans" the convenience store. I was passing through and wanted a Richie's slush. I wanted 3 large slushes, different flavors.... The associate helping put all 3 flavors in 1 large.. okay I repeated myself no biggie long day right? Then she proceeded to do 1 scoop of each in smalls... I was nice and addressed it and she corrected it. Then when I gave her my card she immediately asked about a tip... I kinda hesitated since I had to correct the situation twice but w.e $2 tip is sufficient for the service which not only did I receive attitude but sighs and huff and puff.. I mean I get it it was later in the day but no excuse especial

I’ve passed by this place for many years and finally decided to stop in for a small ice cream. I didn’t expect to pay $7.02 for a medium soft-serve with just a small dip topping. That will be my last time at this business—the "medium" was what I would consider a small. I don’t think I’ll be back. However, the place is very clean and elegant for an ice cream shop.

Very nice customer service A+ THE young lady that got my coffee ice cream asked if I wanted any toppings usually elsewhere you would have to ask .good job dd it was 94 out she had a lot of customers at the x was very impressed I'll b back for sure 😁

Great homemade ice cream hard and soft serve with a huge variety of flavors!!!!!
