Da Long Yi Hot Pot

This is the second time we came here! First time tried the all-you-can-eat in afternoon happy hour, this time came at night and did a-la-carte, very satisfied both times! The meat is fresh, vegetable portion is good, and the waitress was so friendly, gave us a free desert with ice cream since it was my wife's birthday. Would definitely come back again 🔥 (Btw the free pickled woodear mushroom was delicious too)

Our family really enjoyed hotpot at Da Long Yi Hot Pot in Allston. The seating, tables and salad bar are fantastic. The AYCE portions are generous and fresh. The kids really liked the beef and adults seafood. Really easy to order a Two Broth split of Mala and Bone broth, each unique flavor and delicious for soup. The Mala has and can get spicy depending on how long the hot peppers boil. Beef tripe, beef brisket, baby octopus, lobster balls and abalone were our favorites. The vegetables and sauce bar are endless so don't fill up too fast. Pork dumplings are a great starter along with fruit smoothies. Enjoyed their Soju beer set which is prefect match for Da Long Yi Hot Pot.

We had a fantastic dinner experience at this restaurant. The hot pot was absolutely delicious, and every ingredient was fresh and flavorful. Even more impressive, I accidentally left my purse behind, and the staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve it quickly. Their honesty and kindness really stood out. Plus, they have this great 20% discount after 10 PM, which was such a nice bonus. Overall, highly recommend this place not just for the food but for the amazing service!

Wonderful place to get a hot pot whether you're a seasoned pro or a newbie. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is great... But what really stood out was the service: I've never in 45 years been to a place where the host comes around and warns you about the parking ban on the street, but I have now. That's truly going the extra mile for your customers!
