Park Bagelry

The bagel sandwiches were fantastic. They were unique and delicious, their rotating flavors are exciting. This is not your mom and dad’s bagel shop. I got their signature sandwich on a house made Asiago bagel and a strawberry latte. I did not plan on writing a review so the phone did not eat first. The strawberry(rotating/seasonal) latte was also delicious. The staff is great and the decor is warm and inviting. I will be back

Happy to have found this serendipitously just searching around on google maps. One of the tastiest bagels I’ve had in a while. It’s a more modern “artisan” style bagel. A bit of sourdough tang and a really nice light, chewy interior. If I had to nitpick, the everything was heavy on garlic and it didn’t toast up the next day as well as a New York style bagel but when I return no bagels will be making it past day one. Seriously up there with Rosenfelds as the my favorite in greater boston! The space was also new, large, and bright and staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Giving 5 stars because I love the taste and texture of their bagels! Their cream cheese is also really good (you can actually taste the cream), but it's thicker and denser and not light and whipped like some other places. I tried the Waverly sandwich on an Asiago bagel today and it was DELICIOUS. The maple butter is everything! My only complaint is that I really haven't been impressed by any of the drinks I've tried, so will probably stay away from ordering these moving forward. The strawberry matcha latte had the strawberry blended(?) into the matcha, instead of separate at the bottom like you'd see elsewhere, which gave it a really unpleasant color; it tasted okay, but the matcha flavor itself was very light. The new bagel place is a great addition to the market, about 1 mile from Harvard Sq. The location is spacious, modern and shines cool vibes, selling besides bagels also pantry items and its own branded apparel. Had an everything bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese and it was delicious. The bagel is a bit softer than other bagel restaurants and not too chewy, so for some people that may be very appealing. It will also probably appeal to the NYC bagel aficionado with the overall good quality. Items that the restaurant can improve include more variety of bagels, spreads and creativity on the types of sandwiches together with more pastries. Oh, and I did find the prices a bit high, almost $7 for one bagel with cream cheese. The size of the bagels is fair, maybe a bit smaller than other pl

New bagel king in Boston? Bagelsaurus was always my go to, but I think Park might be my new local spot. Bagels are naturally leavened with high quality king Arthur and Maine grain flours. Theyre boiled and then cooked in a pizza oven from what I saw. I got mine fresh pretty much right after they opened and the bagel was insanely good. Much higher hydration dough than typical as the crumb was slightly more open and the bagels were very light and chewy. I'm guessing it wasn't all king Arthur sir Galahad and used some lower protein flour or spelt. Not dense like typical NYC bagels. The everything bagel was seasoned very well. Lots of spices and a little bit of salt. Cream cheese was fantastic. Dense and creamy with a good cultured lactic flavor. I really hope the community supports this spot
