Culver’s

I ordered a concrete mixer and recieved it completely melted and not even cold with not an ounce of intact frozen custard in it. This place has seriously gone downhill. Anytime you order even a sundae after 7pm it’s melted. They used to have that normal thick and actually cold custard. If you can’t keep the ice cream at ice cream consistency I don’t understand why you’re selling it.

I was at Culver’s with my Mom and she takes awhile to order and asks some questions. Anyway, Raigan waited on us. She was so sweet! She took her time with my Mom and answered all of her questions. I’ve never seen such a sweeter person who worked at a fast food restaurant. If she worked for my business, I would totally make her a manager!

I went there on 3/7 around 5:15pm and went through the drive through and got my order took by a guy named Jack. He was unenthusiastic, huffed and puffed while taking our order and at that by the time i got to the window he didn’t say a word and forgot to give me my card. I’m not the one to complain unless my visit is genuinely rude.

Had a bad experience waiting for my carry out. Called and spoke with owner who said he wanted to make it right. Said he would mail me out some coupons to give them another chance. I said ok. That was 2 weeks ago. This says alot for management. I just got a random survey request on my last visit to Culvers. I made sure I let them know about the bad customer service and also how I spoke with owner who wanted to rectify what happened 3 was ago. Have not heard back from him.since. I think I will call the corporate office just to let them know what happened.

These guys used to be so generous when you got one scoop of the flavor of the day but the last three times i've come here, the amount they give is so skimpy that it's not worth the $3.52. They can't even fill up the whole bowl.
