Culver’s

My wife decided last minute that she wanted the Pumpkin Pecan Frozen Custard (Flavor of the Day)(pictured) as we drove by after work. So of course I made the stop. I decided to try out the new Roasted Garlic and Bacon Pub Burger (pictured). Both the burger and the custard were excellent. We decided to go inside and order it to go. This is where our expirence went from just getting food to an outstanding experience. We were greeted with a smile from a young man named William behind the counter. He was curtious and friendly. He helped answer questions I had about the menu and never made us feel rushed. 100% a great experience. William is an example of what people want to experience in service.

Love Culver's, but for the price we paid for two fast-food meals, we could have went to a regular restaurant and paid the same and had better quality food. I understand that all fast food restaurants have increased prices due to the economy, but due to this I don't think we'll be back

i would not recommend going to this culver’s. i ordered a deluxe burger with grilled onions instead of raw onions and extra mayo on my burger…..they gave me a patty with cheese and JUST onions and mayo. they must be incompetent. will never go here again as this is not the first time this has happened.

We have always received excellent service at all Culver's restaurants. Food order is hot and cooked fresh and we have always had our order be correct even when asking for something special. Best fast food hands down, keep up the great work!

Love stopping in for occasional burgers and fries but what I love best is the family size extra crispy fries, very well done and the drive thru experience is one of the better ones for sure.
