Culver’s

This will be my last visit to this location. For the second time in a row I received an order of cole slaw that was literally half full if that. Not only that but I ordered a chicken club but received a regular chicken sandwich. This plus a small fry was about $18. I know you have a lot of young kids working at your restaurant and mistakes happen but this isn't right. The cole slaw alone shouldn't be filled half way it was literally a few bites. Somebody must not be checking orders as I paid for the chicken club but did not receive one.

From our approach to the door, where an employee who was just coming on duty stopped to hold the door for us, to the courteous cashier who thanked me for my military service I was impressed with the genuine courtesy extended to your guests! The food was hot and served promptly. Your staff are exceptional, I hope this establishment values them in the same capacity that they value the customer!!

Went to Culvers in Mundelein and ordered a medium chocolate shake. What I got was chocolate on top and vanilla on the bottom.

Finally had the chance to stop in to give them a try and it’s a decent burger shop. I was glad to see the crinkle cut fries that were crispy and salted. The onion rings were super crunchy , they were really good. The custard was about the same as Freddie’s. It was good and hit the spot. They have fish and chicken for the ones not interested in a burger along with a whole host of sides. Definitely worth a try if you have a craving. Mushroom & Swiss burger. 7/10 Nicely seasoned mushrooms, plenty of flavor. A fairly messy burger that I wouldn’t want any other way.

The burgers here are impressive in the way that the bread is fresh and soft and that the burger is rich in taste and texture. The fries are also nice. They are not salted so that it is up to you as to whether you would apply salt and pepper on them. The attendants are super polite and attentive. They will deliver the food to your table directly. A delightful visit to this fast food restaurant. The place is also very clean. From other reviews I notice that this restaurant is reputable for their hospitality. This reputation is rightly earned.
