Had to order a double burger basket and my burger was brought out to me on three different occasions and each time the Burger King back to me more and more undercooked at first I thought it was a joke then reality set in that this person that is cooking my food is purposely trying to cause harm to me because I have stated on three different occasions after sending 3 different raw burgers back they tried to short me $5 when returning my change. So that was another 10 minutes. I needed my burger no pink extra well done. When that could NOT HAPPEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY COULDN'T GET THAT BACK......NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL I Even drive through the parking lot to make a TURNAROUND. HORRIBLE.. This is such a great Culver’s location! The food is always fresh and delicious and staff are so kind. I ordered the “curd”side pickup and they had my food out and ready for me before the estimated time. I will definitely be coming back here many times

We absolutely love the Culver’s McCordsville team! As the Indy Pup Bus, we bring our dogs through regularly, and the staff is always so gracious and excited to spoil our pups with pup cups. Go here a lot for concrete mixers after pacers games later at night. The service is always fast and the employees are friendly. The food and portions are also very good!
